Additional equipment Valve blocks, vessels, etc.
Valve blocks of the 0104, 0106 series are designed to connect pressure sensors to pulse lines in automatic control, regulation and process control systems.
Advantages:
- the ability to calibrate the sensor under operating conditions;
- factory assembly with sensor and leakproofness verification;
- a wide selection of sealing materials;
- small dimensions and weight (no more than 3 kg);
- compact design;
- special versions: oxygen.
The condensing equalization vessels are designed to maintain the constancy and equality of condensate levels in the connecting lines transmitting the pressure drop from the diaphragm to the pressure difference sensors when measuring steam flow.
Equalizing SU vessels are designed to maintain a constant liquid level in one of the two connecting lines when measuring the liquid level in tanks using pressure difference sensors.
The CP separation vessels are designed to protect the internal cavities of the sensors from the direct impact of the measured aggressive media by transferring pressure through the separation fluid.
The vessels do not have internal partitions.
Adapters of general use (models from PR1 to PR18) are designed for connecting pulse lines to pressure sensors from different manufacturers, connecting pulse lines with various threaded connections to each other and for other applications in accordance with the requirements of technological processes.
Constricting devices - diaphragms, nozzles, Venturi pipes are designed for measuring the flow of liquids, steam, gases by the method of variable pressure drop, complete with pressure difference sensors, as well as with excess (absolute) pressure sensors, temperature sensors and a calculator.
